Rightmove Premium Listing
A Premium Listing displays on Rightmove in the search results page and will enhance your property within the listings with a green banner underneath it. Your property will grab more attention with a larger advert, with bigger images and more pictures on display.
Photography
One of our professionally trained photographers will be booked to take photos of your home at the best time of day, help to dress rooms, move any necessary furniture and create lifestyle shots of your home to showcase it in the best possible way. We can also capture specialised elevated shots showing off more of your property’s surroundings.
Floorplans
A floorplan of your home will be produced with full room measurements, which allows any potential buyers to create a better understanding of the space.
Video Tour
A video tour of your home will allow buyers to watch and re-watch whenever they like which will aid their purchasing decision. The video tour of your home will be available to watch on Rightmove, as well as being published to our Facebook audience of over 25,000. We strongly believe that video is vital when selling your home and allows us to determine serious buyers.
